CEO & Founder
Gobikrishnan Srinivasan is the Founder & CEO of CareMe Health, a pioneering digital healthcare organization dedicated to transforming mental health care through technology-driven solutions. With a vision to integrate mental health as a strategic pillar for workplace success, GK has positioned CareMe Health at the forefront of digital mental wellness, serving over 12 lakh students and 12,000+ paid customers while expanding into the B2B sector.
Before launching CareMe Health, GK founded Talearnt, a cloud-based learning and talent development platform that revolutionized employee engagement and workplace productivity. His experience at IBM further solidified his expertise in designing, developing, and managing scalable, distributed systems, including OLTP and EDW-class platforms for global enterprises. A leader with a deep understanding of SEI/CMMI Level 5 compliance, GK ensures CareMe Health operates with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and governance.
As an entrepreneur and mental health advocate, GK’s mission is to make mental healthcare accessible, impactful, and indispensable to organizational culture. Under his leadership, CareMe Health is bridging the gap between technology, mental well-being, and corporate success.
Dr. Arun Babu Rajeswaran
Co-CEO & Co-Founder
Dr. Arun Babu Rajeswaran is the Co-CEO & Co-Founder of CareMe Health and a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. With over 14 years of neurosurgical expertise, he specializes in skull base and spine surgery, having trained in Australia and Canada. His academic background includes a Master’s in Epidemiology and Statistics and an Executive MBA from London Business School, equipping him with a unique blend of clinical expertise and business acumen.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Arun is a serial healthcare entrepreneur, he is committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance patient care, improve accessibility, and drive innovation in healthcare.
Dr. Vasanth Kattalai Kailasam
Chief Medical Officer & Co-Founder
Dr. Vasanth Kattalai Kailasam serves as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) & Co-Founder of CareMe Health. He is also the Medical Director at Mercy Health (Wisconsin & Illinois) and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. With a strong leadership background in healthcare management, Dr. Vasanth is deeply invested in shaping the future of digital mental health solutions.
A Venture Partner at Perez Capital, he brings strategic investment insights to CareMe Health, helping the company scale efficiently while maintaining clinical excellence. Having completed his Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management, he blends medical expertise with a sharp business strategy to drive innovation in digital health and corporate mental wellness.
