My situation was worst when I enrolled for this therapy session. In the starting I used to feel It will all be fine once I talk to therapist. But patience is the key, this is a slow process. It's definitely not a rocket science which will stop the mental situation. But really helpful in reducing that atleast. I started seeing improvement in my condition after 1.5 months.
