UPDATE: After I wrote the review, they took a prompt action, gave me answers (and an extra credit) + resolved the issue ..... I don’t give bad reviews often. When I do it’s only because I’ve been annoyed to that extent. I’ve had two sessions through the platform and nothing about the process is smooth. NOTHING. I’ve not been able to connect, make payment, choose a slot or anything through the platforms- it always goes though WhatsApp. If I’ve been thinking about a nice session I don’t want to go through 15 mins of logistics issues before starting. Good organisation, very polite people. My therapist is very empathetic. The support staff is very coordinating. They are flexible with our schedules. Great initiative by them amidst the pandemic. I wanted to take therapy since a long time now. This was my first experience. The co ordinators are extremely professional. The therapist is very humble. I've had a great experience. Whoever wants to take service my suggestion would be take the first assessment session before you take the decision against them because I'm sure you would not want to give up after that.I wanted to take therapy since a long time now. My therapist is Dr. Sunaina and since the first session, my thoughts and anxiety have started to improve. It's been three sessions and I feel very better. My therapist, she never sugarcoated things and told me what exactly I should be told with the much needed cooperation. Not just the therapist but the manager there has been very helpful.
